Job Summary
Dental Assistant needed in Menomonee Falls, WI to support dentist in four-handed dentistry, assist with patient care, radiography, sterilization, and lab work. Responsibilities include greeting patients, reviewing health histories, taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos, preparing patients for treatment, updating charts and treatment plans, and ensuring sterilization per OSHA/CDC guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience preferred
- Bachelor's/Certificate from accredited dental assisting program desired
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) or digital sensors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow OSHA and CDC guidelines
