Job Summary
Dental Assistant needed for a full-time role in a digitally advanced dental practice. Responsibilities include educating patients about dental concerns, assisting the dentist in 4-handed dentistry, preparing instruments and materials, sterilizing with proper techniques, keeping the dental operatory organized and well-stocked, and ensuring patient comfort and high-quality service. Candidates should have a high school diploma (dental assistant school preferred but not required), be self-motivated, dependable, with strong customer-service and interpersonal skills, and capable of handling lab tasks as instructed. Experience with Dentrix/Dexis is a plus; ongoing education and benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred but not required
- Dentistry experience preferred
- Sterilization techniques
- Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix/Dexis) optional
