Job Summary
Part-time Dental Assistant at a busy periodontal practice. Support clinicians chair-side, assist with charting, patient education, operatory setup/cleanup, and process X-rays. Maintain accurate patient records, ensure sterilization and infection control, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Requires state dental assisting and radiology certifications, and at least 1+ year of dental experience. Strong communication and team-oriented skills are essential in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental Assistant and Dental Radiology certifications in accordance with state regulations and practice standards
- 1+ years of Dental assisting experience
