Job Summary
Dental Assistant Mentor role combines high-level patient care with staff mentorship and training. Responsibilities include mentoring orthodontic assistants, leading onboarding and ongoing training, developing and tracking clinical competency, serving as the on-site clinical SME for advanced orthodontic procedures, and partnering with the Clinic Supervisor and Director of Dental Operations to optimize clinic flow and meet target provider visits per session. Requires 3-5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience, active X-ray and CPR certifications, and leadership/trainer experience within a dental/orthodontic practice. Required Qualifications
