Job Summary
Dental Assistant I position in pediatric dentistry. Responsibilities include welcoming and comforting young patients, assisting dentists and caregivers, maintaining a kid-friendly environment, and ensuring smooth patient flow. Qualifications emphasize preferred dental assisting experience, potential certification (X-Ray, CDA/RDA/EFDA/EDDA) as a plus, and familiarity with Denticon or iTero as advantageous. Required Qualifications
- Experience in dental assisting is preferred, but training may be provided
- Possession of X-Ray, CDA, RDA, EFDA, or EDDA certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Denticon software or iTero scanners is advantageous
- Completion of a dental assisting program is desirable
- Must be willing to work full-time (30+ hours per week)
- State licensure or certification may be required based on location
