Job Summary
Assist dentists with all procedures, including taking dental x-rays, performing impressions, and conducting digital iTero scans. Prepare and break down operatories, sterilize instruments, and ensure infection control standards are met. Manage patient flow by greeting guests, prepping them for exams, recording medical history, and facilitating smooth handoffs. Chart existing and recommended treatments while educating patients on oral hygiene practices. Collaborate with the entire practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and support optimal satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Assistant License
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice
- DeNovo Offices: New acquired offices may require travel
