Dental Assistant I

Job Summary
Conduct chair-side clinical support for dentists and hygienists, including charting, operatory setup, patient preparation, and instrument sterilization. Manage daily schedules to arrange trays and instruments, while exposing and developing diagnostic radiographs under OSHA guidelines. Record patient health history and complete software forms and signatures per doctor direction. Maintain asepsis protocols and ensure HIPAA compliance throughout procedures. Requires Dental Assisting Certification, 1-5 years experience, and state radiography certification. Travel between Spring Hill and Franklin offices on Fridays and Saturdays only.
Required Qualifications
- Dental Assisting Certification or prior on the job training
- Radiography/ X-RAY certification for respective state
- CPR Certification
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be willing to travel between the Spring Hill and Franklin office-Fridays and Saturdays only
Desired Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates
