Job Summary
Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists by charting, preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, setting up trays, and assisting during restorative procedures. Review patient health history, make chart entries, and complete forms in dental software while maintaining asepsis and OSHA compliance. Expose and develop diagnostic radiographs following state certification requirements. Perform CPR and adhere to HIPAA guidelines throughout daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Dental Assisting Certification or prior on the job training
- Radiography/ X-RAY certification for respective state
- CPR Certification required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patient
Desired Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates
