Job Summary
Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure equipment is ready for dentists. Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and anticipating needs, while taking and processing patient X-rays. Perform lab tasks as instructed, greet patients, schedule appointments, and advise on oral hygiene. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures. Knowledge of general anatomy, dental terms, and procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and implants is required. Strong communication skills are essential for delivering care instructions and building relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Dental Assisting experience preferred
