DENTAL ASSISTANT

Job Summary
Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure equipment is ready for dentists. Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and anticipating needs, while taking and processing patient X-rays. Perform lab tasks as instructed, greet arriving patients, schedule appointments, and advise on oral hygiene. Maintain accurate patient records, assist with payment procedures, and deliver post-operative care instructions. Apply strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with patients and co-workers while handling general administrative duties. This role supports the Glynwood Park Dental team in delivering "Best in Class" care, emphasizing empathy, patience, and a willingness to help others in a practice focused on integrity, mentorship, partnership, action, caring, and transparency.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Dental Assisting experience preferred
