Job Summary
Assist staff and students across a broad range of dental treatments and procedures while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including equipment maintenance and sterilisation preparation. Ensure smooth clinic operations under the direction of the Dental Assistant Team Leader and provide administrative and reception support as required. Stay updated on industry developments through ongoing professional development. This full-time, continuing role at Griffith University's Gold Coast clinic involves working across various shifts and departments aligned with the teaching calendar. Applicants must hold an Australian Dental Assistant qualification, current CPR/First Aid certification, and a Queensland Blue Card.
Required Qualifications
- An associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience
- An Australian Dental Assistant qualification or recognised equivalent
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification from a recognised provider
- Current Queensland Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted working rights
- VISA sponsorship is not available for this position
