Job Summary
Assist the dental team in providing exceptional patient care by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care while supporting dentists during procedures by anticipating needs and ensuring smooth workflow. Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist to maintain a clean and organized environment. Work Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month in a supportive team setting that includes hygienists, coordinators, and specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) certified
- At least 1 year of Dental Assistant experience in a General Practice setting
- Licensure – Dental Assistant certification from the state of Florida
- Certifications – EFDA and X-Rays certification
- Primary office is 2501 SW 22nd Street, Miami, FL, with travel to our Coral Way location at 11865 SW 26th Street C39, Miami, FL 33175
- Mileage reimbursement is provided
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with one Saturday per month (part-time day)
