Job Summary
Dental Assistant to support doctors in a fast-paced practice. Full-time position averaging 34-38 hours per week with a posted schedule. Responsibilities include chairside dental assisting across general procedures, maintaining sterilization protocols per OSHA, charting and scheduling, CPR compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Coronal Polish/Sealant certification preferred but not required. Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills, plus integrity and multi-tasking ability. Comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
- CPR certification
- Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
