Job Summary
Entry-Level Dental Assistant at Aspen Dental supports clinical needs, assists during treatment procedures, sets up and breaks down the operatory, manages infection control and sterilization, supports patient charting, and collaborates with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. The role includes paid training to become radiology and safety certified through the DANB pathway, opportunities for advancement, and a pathway to become a certified dental assistant (CDA) within a supportive, growth‐oriented environment. Flexible scheduling available, with part-time or full-time options; benefits include PTO, holidays, health/vision, 401(k), and continuing education through TAG U.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
