Job Summary
Dental Assistant needed for an Endodontics-focused role at the Fitchburg (South) clinic. You will assist the dentist during endodontic procedures including root canals and surgical endodontic cases, prepare and sterilize instruments, maintain patient records, and educate patients on post-treatment care. The position offers a consistent 4-day work week with Fridays off and opportunities for growth within a doctor-owned practice across seven Madison-area clinics. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail

- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus
