Job Summary
Prepare patients for dental work, assist with infection control by sterilizing instruments and setting up trays, and help dentists manage medical and dental emergencies. Assist dental hygienists with procedures, record treatment information and patient histories, and expose dental x-rays while caring for the equipment. Provide postoperative instructions, form preliminary impressions for study casts, and order supplies to maintain inventory. Give patients information on dental hygiene and plaque control programs. Required Qualifications
- A passionate dental professional who loves what they do
- Familiarity with dental equipment and instruments
- Experience using digital technology and electronic medical records
- Willingness and ability to participate in training, which may include travel
- Willing to build trust with others
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Cerec, and intraoral scanning a plus
- Experience with sedation and dental implant placement and restoration a plus
