Dental Assistant

Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures while welcoming, comforting, and educating patients on oral hygiene. Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models. Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations. Maintain accurate patient records, including scheduling and intake, and help manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification and managing emergency supplies. Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training. Full-time Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm, Friday 7am-1pm with competitive hourly pay, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and support for continuing education. Required Qualifications
- 2 years on-the-job-experience
- X-Ray certification - Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law
