Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures while welcoming and educating patients on oral hygiene. Take and develop X-rays, maintain study models, and ensure infection control protocols are followed. Maintain accurate patient records, manage dental emergencies using CPR certification and emergency supplies, and support the clinical team in a modern office with advanced technology. Full-time hours include Monday 7am-6pm and Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm with a competitive hourly pay range of $25-$30.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a one-year certified dental assistant program
- 2 years on-the-job-experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law
