Job Summary
Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists by charting, setting up operatory trays, and assisting with restorative procedures. Prepare patients for treatment, sterilize instruments, and maintain aseptic protocols while exposing and developing dental radiographs. Record patient health history, complete software forms, and review daily schedules to organize instruments. Adhere to OSHA guidelines, HIPAA compliance, and CPR requirements. Requires Dental Assisting certification, radiography certification, and 1-5 years of experience. Work Monday through Friday with shifts from 8am to 7pm.
Required Qualifications
- Dental Assisting Certification or prior on the job training
- Radiography/ X-RAY certification for respective state
- CPR Certification required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patient
Desired Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates
