Dental Assistant Clinical Lead - Bilingual English/Spanish - Full-Time

Provide day-to-day guidance and support to general dental assistants while mentoring new team members and reinforcing clinical protocols. Coordinate efficient patient flow by anticipating provider needs, managing schedule changes, and collaborating with administrative staff to resolve workflow challenges. Deliver chairside assistance during restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures, taking X-rays and ensuring accurate charting. Maintain operatory readiness by monitoring inventory, organizing instruments, and supporting sterilization standards. Create a welcoming experience for English- and Spanish-speaking patients through effective communication and patient education. Communicate staffing needs, supply issues, and recurring challenges to leadership while participating in team meetings.
