Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; pass instruments and materials; perform procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act. Assist the doctor in procedures, operate x-ray equipment, and take x-rays. Perform prophy teeth, sealants, and instruct patients on oral hygiene. Chart treatment plans and take IOs while sterilizing instruments. Required Qualifications
- Dental Assistant
- X-Ray Certification
- Coronal Polish Certification
- Current BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Certification from a dental college
- 3+ months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sealant Certification
