Job Summary
Assist the pediatric dentist during clinical procedures with a high level of efficiency and a gentle touch. Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining absolute safety and compliance standards. Use kid-friendly language to ease dental anxieties and create a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and their families. Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting operations across all office locations as scheduled. Requires 1–3 years of clinical dental assisting experience, active BLS/CPR certification, and familiarity with practice management software. Earn $16–24 per hour with a $300 sign-on bonus, working 32–36 hours weekly from 7:10 am to 5:20 pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of clinical dental assisting experience
- certificate from an accredited dental assistant school
- Prior dental assisting or medical assisting experience
- Reliable transportation
- strict willingness to travel between all clinic locations
- Active BLS/CPR Certification
- pre-employment drug screen
