Job Summary
Provide high-quality four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during general and cosmetic procedures while preparing, sterilizing, and turning over instruments according to strict infection control protocols. Deliver a gentle, judgment-free patient experience to ensure community members feel safe and welcomed, then collaborate seamlessly with front office and clinical staff to maintain efficient daily scheduling. This safety-sensitive role requires active BLS/CPR certification and familiarity with practice management software, including Open Dental. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and hold 1–3 years of clinical experience or a dental assisting certification. Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of clinical chairside dental assisting experience
- graduation certification from an accredited dental assistant school
