Job Summary
Conduct a variety of treatment procedures, assist during clinical work, and manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments. Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment, execute patient handoffs, and monitor patient flow within the practice. Perform quality impressions, bite registrations, and digital intraoral scans while completing denture soft relines and temporary crowns. Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies and support patient charting for doctors. Perform various office tasks as necessary and collaborate with the practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction. This full-time role offers $20–$23/hour with paid time off, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice
- x-ray certification if required
