Job Summary
Assist during treatment procedures, set up and breakdown operatory areas, and execute patient handoffs while monitoring practice flow. Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments, perform quality impressions and bite registrations, and conduct digital intraoral scans. Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies and complete denture soft relines or temporary crowns as needed. Support patient charting and perform various office tasks to ensure optimum satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice
- x-ray certification if required
