Job Summary
As a Dental Assistant at Aspen Dental, you will support the clinical needs of the practice and doctors, assist during a variety of treatment procedures, take dental x-rays, set up and breakdown the operatory post-treatment, manage infection control, educate patients on oral health, and perform duties such as denture relines, temporary crowns, impressions and bite registrations, digital intraoral scans, and charting while collaborating with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification if required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
