Job Summary
Dental Assistant responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms and instruments, assisting dentists and hygienists during treatments, taking dental X-rays and digital images, performing instrument sterilization and IPAC-compliant infection control, updating patient charts, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, supporting scheduling and patient flow, and maintaining privacy and safety while delivering high-quality care in a patient-centered dental practice. Requires registration/certification with a Provincial regulatory body. Monday–Saturday shifts with a mix of full-time hours and benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required
