Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors, then register new accounts and update demographics using the electronic medical record system. Schedule medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments while verifying insurance and processing payments. Manage daily reconciliation tasks, including balancing logs and preparing bank deposits. Assist with paperwork, navigate faxes, scan documents, and maintain a clean, disinfected waiting area. Respond to inquiries, float to other clinic locations for coverage, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be able to balance daily log and bank deposit slip
- Must be able to calculate payments, co-pays, and slide fee schedules
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
