Job Summary
Dent Repair Technician (PDR Technician) needed to inspect vehicles, carry out Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques, repair minor body panel damage, prepare vehicles for refinishing, polish panels and rectify defects, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer, safety and quality standards. You’ll liaise with the Quality Control team, communicate progress to workshop management, maintain repair documentation, and uphold a clean, safe working environment. Requirements include previous experience in dent repair or automotive preparation, knowledge of PDR techniques, strong automotive bodywork understanding, safe tool use, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a UK driving licence is advantageous. Required Qualifications
