Job Summary
Conduct daily quality control tests on asphalt, concrete, and quarry products to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local specifications. Develop and adhere to quality control procedures while performing lab experiments using established scientific protocols. Coordinate mix designs with plant control rooms and government agency representatives, analyzing technical data from external sales and technical representatives. Execute other job-related duties as assigned within the Mid-Atlantic construction network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in job experience
- 1-2 years' experience
- Knowledge of types of products and product components
- Knowledge of the applicability of government regulation on product quality
- Knowledge of lab scientific protocols
