Job Summary
DeNovo Financial Center Manager role located in Huntsville, AL launching through a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more, culminating in placement as a Financial Center Manager. Responsibilities include completing the FCMA roadmap and onboarding, executing consultative selling to deepen consumer and small business relationships, developing a holistic book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment, coaching and leading a team, fostering a One Bank culture, and adhering to ethics and internal policies. Required Qualifications
- College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
