Job Summary
Complete the Financial Center Manager roadmap and all onboarding activities, including rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management. Become proficient at deepening consumer and small business customer relationships by providing a memorable experience and utilizing the consultative sales process to identify financial needs. Lead a team that reinforces core values, cultivates a collaborative culture, and develops an integrated book of business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments. Assist in providing timely feedback, coaching employees for career growth, and recognizing accomplishments. Source, develop, and coach staff to execute sales activities while modeling ethical behavior and adhering to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Capability of analyzing credit and financial information
- Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
- Exhibits business acumen
- Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
