Job Summary
DeNovo Financial Center Manager role in Huntsville, AL with an onboarding rotations program across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management. After completing the training, the FCMA will be placed in a Financial Center. Responsibilities include deepening consumer and small business relationships through consultative selling, building an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment, leading and coaching a team, fostering a One Bank culture, adhering to the Bank's Code of Conduct, and supporting community initiatives. Requires leadership experience or a college degree, ability to represent the bank professionally, analyze credit/financial information, execute and coach sales activities, and comply with S.A.F.E. Act/NMLS requirements.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
- Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
- Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
- S.A.F.E. Act registration (NMLS)
- MU4R questions and registration (NMLS)
