Ask guiding questions to help guests make selections and offer confident menu recommendations based on preferences. Invite guests to join the Denny's Rewards Program by explaining exclusive offers and earning points. Maintain a clean, organized dining room and process payments efficiently for cash, card, and digital transactions. Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members to ensure smooth service. This role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service
- Must be 18+
