Job Summary
Denny's Server for All Shifts delivers attentive guest service: greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, upselling specials and popular items, asking guiding questions to help guests choose, recommending menu items based on preferences, inviting guests to join the Rewards Program, maintaining a clean dining room, processing payments, and collaborating with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Must be 18+
- Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
