Job Summary
Provide attentive service as a Denny’s server across all shifts: take orders, relay to kitchen, deliver food and beverages, upsell specials and menu items, ask guiding questions to help guests decide, invite guests to join Denny’s Rewards Program, maintain a clean dining room, process payments, and collaborate with FOH/BOH teammates. Requires strong communication, multitasking, and guest engagement skills, with 18+ and flexible scheduling expectations; experience in server or customer service roles and cash-handling ability are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Must be 18+
- Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
