Job Summary
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment using commercial dish machines while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing area. Sweep, mop, and follow sanitation standards throughout the shift, taking out trash, recycling, and helping maintain overall cleanliness. Restock clean plates, utensils, and supplies for service and assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed. Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and hygiene guidelines. Full training provided for those with no prior experience.
