Job Summary
Oversee and supervise security personnel on assigned shift within aviation security operations. Ensure compliance with Post Orders, client rules, and company policies; inspect posts and equipment for safety and readiness; respond to incidents and operational issues; coach and mentor staff regarding Post Orders and regulations; conduct training as assigned. Prepare and submit required operational documentation (post/patrol logs, sign-in rosters, Daily Activity Reports, incident reports); manage scheduling and coordination with site management; maintain knowledge of post equipment and duties; ensure professional appearance and airport badge readiness. Minimum qualifications include a high school degree or GED, 18+ years old, fluent English, valid driver’s license, and two years of experience in regulated security or airport environments. Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (if position may be required to operate a motor vehicle).
- Must possess two (2) years of experience in regulated security environments, or two (2) years of supervisor experience in an airport environment regulated under Part 1542.
