Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Remote Work Benefit allows up to 3 work-from-home days per month plus 16 additional assessment-related days per year, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a manageable caseload of up to 8 children. Relocation packages available and opportunities for mentorship, bonuses, and potential long-term ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA.
