Demonstration Specialist

Demonstrate audio and video products to walk-in customers using predefined scripts while evaluating requirements per Bose Customer Engagement Standards. Achieve sales goals relative to store targets and ensure store hygiene, product display functionality, and theater show presentation excellence. Coordinate back-office activities including inventory management, payment reconciliation with banks, and vendor management for logistics and stationery. Execute post-sales activities such as payment collection, invoicing, product delivery, and installation. Handle pre/post sales customer escalations and respond to customer emails within 24 hours, interacting with cross-functional departments for operational support. Work a shift of one full day and two half days, including weekends, with immediate joining or up to 10 days notice.
