Job Summary
Demolition Technician responsible for safe structural dismantling in damaged properties (fire, water, storm, mold). Tasks include surveying and recording damage, demolishing structural elements with hand and power tools, performing initial site visits, and conducting moisture inspections. Use RMS for task notes, take progress photos, and set restoration equipment within guidelines. Must be able to work independently or in a team and participate in an on-call schedule; operate a company vehicle safely and maintain confidentiality. IICRC certification is available via offered classes. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
