Demolition Laborer

Job Summary
The Laborer is responsible for supporting demolition projects through site preparation, debris removal, and equipment assistance. Essential duties include maintaining the job site, loading and unloading materials, and providing support to equipment operators. Candidates must be physically fit to perform heavy lifting and adhere to safety protocols. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a willingness to learn are necessary to succeed in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of demolition tools, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with safety regulations and willingness to follow safety guidelines
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing site conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, demolition, or a related field is a plus
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
