Job Summary
Demolition Laborer responsible for safely operating hand and power tools and heavy equipment to dismantle structures, reading blueprints to follow demolition plans, assisting with site preparation and debris management, supporting construction management with safety compliance and progress reports, and collaborating with team on tasks like concrete breaking, framing removal, roofing teardown, and masonry cleanup. Must demonstrate strong physical stamina, familiarity with safety protocols, and ability to read technical drawings; experience with related trades (plumbing, electrical, concrete finishing, masonry, carpentry) is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience on construction sites or in demolition roles is highly preferred.
