Looking for an experienced Demolition Estimator to prepare cost estimates and support bidding processes in construction projects. Must have 3+ years of estimating experience and knowledge of demolition regulations and practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in demolition or construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of demolition methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
