Demo Vacancy (PSO)

Manage a caseload of offenders before and after sentence, assessing risks, implementing sentences, and producing reports to tight deadlines. Provide case management support to people on probation using service procedures, offering practical advice on housing and employment while working closely with agencies throughout the justice system. Deliver information to courts and support offenders through empathetic engagement and listening. This role involves full-time hybrid working arrangements (37 hours per week) with potential locations across various offices, courts, teams, or prisons within the Probation Service region. Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK and pass DBS Enhanced checks.
