Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain water demonstration equipment for customers, trade shows, and site installations. Explain system features and functionality to clients while performing basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance. Transport gear to various job sites and prepare demonstration areas before and after visits. Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance. Travel locally and regionally as needed, working weekends and extended hours during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75+ lbs occasionally
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours during peak seasons
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with water systems, plumbing, or related technical fields
- Experience in sales, customer service, or demonstration roles
- Knowledge of water treatment, filtration, or purification systems
- Certification in relevant technical areas
- Experience with power tools and equipment
