Job Summary
Own end-to-end demo experiences across OpenAI-hosted summits, webinars, and executive demonstrations by translating product positioning and capabilities into compelling narratives and high-fidelity environments. Personally build agent-driven workflows using ChatGPT Work and Codex, then lead technical readiness, presenter rehearsals, and live troubleshooting for mainstage moments, breakouts, and booths. Design cohesive activations spanning keynotes and attendee-facing zones while partnering with Product, Engineering, and GTM to align on technical truth and audience needs. Create reusable golden narratives and reference demonstrations that extend the strongest work across programs. Prioritize requests based on strategic value and team capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical product marketing and/or technical success roles
- A strong systems thinking and can design end-to-end workflows and experiences
- Are technically fluent and comfortable working with APIs, AI systems, data, and modern development tools
- Experience building demos, prototypes, or customer-facing applications
- Strong storytelling instincts and can simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Are exceptional live presenters with executive presence, able to make complex technical work clear, credible, and compelling in both scripted and unscripted settings
- Thrive in high-stakes environments such as launches, conferences, or live executive demos
- Are highly detail-oriented and care deeply about craft, usability, and quality
- Can operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments
- Stay calm under pressure and can troubleshoot effectively in real time
