Job Summary
Configure, execute, and validate supply chain scenarios for Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) using Blue Yonder, Snowflake, or Azure. Prepare demo and POC environments through data setup, configuration inputs, and runbook adherence. Troubleshoot basic workflow issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers while tracking acceptance criteria and capturing outcomes. Maintain documentation, update known-issue logs, and contribute to shared demo assets to ensure repeatability and quality. This role supports pre-sales engagements and pilot execution within Blue Yonder's Supply Chain Advisory function, leveraging real-world customer scenarios to translate complex problems into practical solution workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning
- Background in consulting, implementation, or pre-sales role
- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Working understanding of supply chain solution workflows and common customer use cases
- Ability to connect scenario steps to expected outcomes
- Experience working on enterprise demos, POCs, pilots, or sandbox environments
- Ability to independently execute scripted scenarios with consistency
- Exposure to supply chain execution processes such as transportation planning, freight management, warehouse operations, or order fulfilment
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as IBM Cognos, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of data handling concepts, including Excel, CSV data preparation, or simple data validation techniques
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise supply chain platforms such as Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan (TMS/WMS modules preferred)
- Awareness of APIs, integrations, or tools such as Postman for testing workflows
