Job Summary
Senior-level Demo & POC Advisor leading execution for complex demos, POCs, and pilots involving multiple solutions and strategic customers. Partners with Solution Advisors to shape demo and POC execution strategy aligned to customer objectives and value messaging. Designs and oversees advanced environment architectures and data strategies to support demonstrations; anticipates and mitigates execution risks across technical, data, and operational dimensions. Sets and evolves execution standards, tooling, and best practices to drive consistency, scalability, and quality across the POC/Demo function. Provides guidance to Sr Specialists and Specialists on complex challenges and contributes to enablement and capability development for the Demo & POC team. Strong requirements include 7-10 years in supply chain solutions, SQL familiarity, Snowflake/Azure/Python exposure, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain planning solutions with a strong techno-functional background in consulting, implementation, or pre-sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiar with SQL and exposure to Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or Python
- Experience delivering complex enterprise demos, POCs, or pilots; ability to act as trusted execution adviser to senior stakeholders
