Demi Chef (Waterfall)

Demi Chef to join Shangri-La Singapore's kitchen team. Responsibilities include reviewing menu and preparing workstation, organizing and checking ingredients and supplies, cooking food according to recipes and station standards, assisting in plating and presentation, keeping workstation and equipment clean, and communicating with the kitchen team and supervisors. Must have a culinary diploma or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
